Frequently Asked Questions
You can track your order in real-time from the 'Orders' section in your profile. You'll see the status transition from 'Processing' to 'On the way' and finally 'Delivered'.
Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven't been accepted by the shop yet. Once processing starts, cancellation might not be available. Please contact support for urgent cases.
We support Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), and Jibbly Wallet.
Go to Profile > Addresses to manage your saved locations. You can also add a new address during the checkout process.
The minimum order value varies depending on the shop. You can see the specific requirements on each shop's page or during checkout.
